So A+ has no upper limit in D1, what's the consensus on D- and capping at a certain point?

I always found it interesting that very low D1 schools on probation used to cycle around to having an A+ DII prestige.  I would assume that this means there used to not be a lower limit on D1 prestige, but who knows if they have fixed that now or not.

I'm at UAB in Phelan.  First human coach ever, 68 years of sim, no CT champ, never a PIT or NT.  Currently D- and lost a battle to a D where I'm wondering just how low that D- might be.
