I was distracted and offered arbitration to a great player for the 3rd time and won. He is furious and will not sign with me. If he is traded to another team is there a chance he will sign with them or is he ruined for everybody? (And no, the distraction was not worth it.)

Depending on PAT rating he could resign somewhere else..

He will resign.. Best move at this point is to trade him for a player that is just as skilled or some prospects.. It would suck to lose him for a comp pick so young..

The final answer is that he will sign. He signed a 5 year deal after I traded him to another team with a very advantageous contract.
