Pitch mopups and rest hitters who could benefit from it, and make sure the team that won the game the first time wins the replay. The same should hold for a game that crashes with the outcome no longer in doubt. If you're down 4 runs with two outs in the ninth, the sporting thing is to throw the replay. There's no clear line marking what constitutes no longer being on doubt. My take is that if you're behind by enough that you're not throwing your better pitchers, resting your low-PA hitters, and wouldn't waste an at-bat by a good PH, you should lose the replay.
If fatigue is not an issue (thus no benefit from playing a game with scrubs) you can both send a ticket to support and have them record the game with the score that did not register.
