I'm new to HD, but have played a "boat load" of GD. Why does it take so long for you to get a job in D3 compared to GD? I applied around 5pm today for a team in Knight and now it says join the waiting list? Anybody have an answer?

Did someone else get that job?  (Which school was it?)  My initial guess is since it was in job application (not reserve team) cycles, is that another coach won that job.

My bad, was in the reserve team cycles. that will be the last time I look at this game without my glasses. LOL
