I promised a recruit 15 mpg. He was unhappy because he was only getting 12.6mpg about 10 games through the season and I bumped his minutes. His next message came at with about 10 games left and he was getting 14 and he was still unhappy. Just before the CT started he was at 14.5 mpg and is at 14.7 now with potentially 2 games left in the CT. The WE decrease went away, but will I get another message that he is good to go now? Is he still a threat to leave after the season or am I good to go?
In all the seasons I've played the minutes situation was good to go well before the CT or I just let them go. I've never had a guy this close to the end of the season before he was at the promised minutes. I believe its safe if his WE is back to normal, but figured I'd ask if anyone knew for certain.
