This is probably the best team I have ever had and I was really hoping to try to have a good run this season and move to a better school. However losing this game makes me think I have accomplished absolutely nothing, and am miles away from said goal. If anyone can tell me that I should have lost this game and why I would love to know so I can understand it.

you were on the road against a decent team with B+ HCA which certainly gave them a boost.  Combined with your team's mediocre rebounding, they were able to outrebound you by a significant margin and turn that into a two point win.
