All press teams were in the Final Four in Wooden at the D3 level, so that is my pick defensively.

Defensively - Press seems to strongly outweigh the other two. Especially in D3,D2.

I think its because the talent at D3 isn't good enough to keep turnovers low against the press at D3, I could care less for FCP so I made my D2 transition quickly after 1 season... Once in D2 I have faced maybe 1 team with FCP halfway through my season... Offense is still a preference but definitly FCP at D3 is most used and probably "best" defense at D3 because that talent can't keep up with it on that level

DII has a more equal mix of Press and M2M teams.

Both man and press are effective. In Naismith D3 there's only been one or two press teams to win it all in the last decade. All the rest were man.
