NBA46236 ... this is a new league and only needs 11 teams to start play.  Salary cap is a little high.  But we can play quickly,  if 11 more jump in !  Let's have some fun and play some hoops.

I played an absurdly high cap league recently just to do a double wilt frontcourt.

Did okay... but turned the ball over a lot.
