Top D3 conferences in Knight? Topic

I am planning to join Knight and would like to join a D3 power conference loaded with good human coaches. Can any current Knight coaches post and tell me which D3 conferences are consistently the best in terms of RPI, NT bids, etc?

We could certainly use more human coaches in the Upstate.  We have 4, all in the same division, and we've been in the top 4-5 in conference RPI just about every season for quite some time, but we need a few more coaches to really get over the hump...

Freedom has only 1 opening this season; not sure if that's been claimed or not.  Heartland, USA South, and University are also fairly full.  So Cal used to be the big power, back in the day, but now they're only half full and barely in the top 10 in conference RPI.  aejones still has a dominant program at CMHMS, though.  American Southwest is also half full with a couple of really strong coaches.

10. Centennial Conference C+ 184-158 .5143 .5197

Here is the top 10.

*Shameless plug for Northwest*
We have some good coaches in the Northwest (present company excluded) with some very solid options for available teams . A few teams primed for a rebuild and a few teams that could win now.

This. It's a good conference all things considered. Friendly coaches. Good competition (on our side, which wouldn't bother me if someone else joined)

I think upstate is swell. It's a well known fact that the best looking coaches in HD play there.

However, less attractive coaches are perfectly welcome as well.  I'm the longest-tenured coach in the conference.

We are full in the Heartland this year.  I would still consider us the top conference but it has been getting closer. Conf RPI isn't the best tool as RPI is super flawed and I'm pretty sure the Heartland actually had the most recruiting money the last 2 seasons, not sure about 3 seasons ago but 2 seasons ago having 3 in E8 and both in PI Title game was pretty solid.  My team won it all last year as well.  We have 6 super longterm coaches and just brought back another longtime one as well.  A few players with strong teams historically joined this season as well.  I'd like to see an all conf F4 at some point, I think the So-Con got pretty close to that in its hayday.   I'm sure we will have a couple openings next season if anyone is interested.   I actually lost interest in this game for a while but getting back into it now and thinking an all human conference should make it interesting.

Thanks for all the input, guys. I ended up grabbing La Grange in USA South.
