Pro years vs age for development Topic

So draft time is coming up and there are two guys I like I'll spare the details but one is 21 and the other is 18. Will the HS guy develop for more years then the 21 year old or will they both improve for the same number of years?

Roughly same number of seasons but the 18 y/o will improve more each season.
