A at 3B.   GLV/ACC pretty much cancel each other out for errors.    May as well get the extra range at the position that will get more opportunities.

Well, I wouldn't suggest that my opinion is the only valid one but GLV/ACC affects errors.   And I play failed C in RF from time to time so I obviously don't value D in RF.
