The California Collegiate Athletic Association in the Tarkanian World is looking for two good coaches to fill out our ranks for the upcoming season.  The past couple of seasons we've been the clear #2 D2 conference in Tark and if we can get our two openings filled we should be able to complete with GLV for the #1 spot.  

The benefits of joining our conference include:
- A lot of postseason cash - estimated $9,400/team this offseason
- An active Coaches Corner
- A stable roster of coaches - most of us have been in the conference for several seasons and plan to stay for a while (also leads to a lot of good rivalries)

The openings are:

Sonoma St. (15-15 last season)
Motion O/Man D
3 open scholarships
Rest of team (before offseason rollover): 1 Jr, 4 So., 4 Fr. (Frs. include one redshirt and one ineligible)
Was previously human coached who recruited some good players before scaling back on his HD commitments, so this isn't a full rebuild. 

Chico St. (8-19 last season)
Triangle O/Man D
2 open scholarships
Rest of team: 5 Jr, 2 So, 3 Fr
This team was Sim AI-coached last season, and before that was most likely 'ghost shipped' -- so this is more of a full-on rebuild.  One current D1 Tark coach has already posted for this opening.

Both of these schools are north of the Bay Area, with Sonoma being closer to the Bay and Chico being further north.  Whoever coaches at these locations should be able to compete for Bay Area recruits, plus you will be closer to prospects in the Pacific Northwest than most other CCAA schools.
