I just wanted to double check that height does not mater in the engine?

Conceivably  I could start a 6'0 PG at SF if he had ratings perfect for a wing defender, high ath/spd/def, not enough bh/p to be a PG(he would be bad in rebounding, but I have two bigs in 90+ rebounding to make up for that.

yep, no factor, you could play him at Center if he had the Ratings for it

Is a players REB rating somehow tied to the players height?  For example, has the game ever generated a player with 90+ REB who is under 6'?  How about a speedy 7 footer who can't rebound?

I am pretty sure height is already accounted for in the attributes, that is why taller players generally have better REB ratings

That's been the general "answer".  The height is baked into the ratings.
