it really depends how you do, and how you define "half decent". are you qualified for d- now? its hard for me to tell, you only have 160 wins, which is a meaningful factor, but your last 3 are round 1, round 1, and s16 in d3. averaging about a first round will get you into low d1, but it might take more wins. hard to say, which is why i ask where you are now :)
anyway, to get a half way decent d1 job, you probably need to have a couple strong seasons. put together two s16+ seasons in a row and you can probably get something half way decent. if you stick around d2 and do really well, you can jump straight into a low big 6 situation, but that takes a while and you have to do pretty well. you probably want to wait until you can get like a d+/c- job or so, or if you are liking d2 and don't mind waiting, you could wait until something good and appealing comes along - like if a high baseline mid major opens up, or if a human who was doing pretty well recruiting but left before prestige got too high, something like that. keep in mind d1 is significantly more challenging to make it in than d2. the competition is harder plus recruiting is way different, so you will struggle in recruiting until you have some experience. also, in d2 your prestige goes up way faster, its a lot harder to get your prestige up in d1. so, its often best to wait until you feel you have a really good grasp on d2, before you move up. sticking around d2 until you have a couple good NT runs is definitely not a bad idea.
