was just digging around, and found these teams in knight/phelan/smith/wooden/Rupp which have no nt bids, no pt bids and no conference championships. Take one of these on, and ANYTHING you do there can get you in the school hall of fame;

D1 San Diego in Smith
D3 Letourneau in Knight
D1 Wright State in Phelan.

Anyone have any other perfect losers, or a team that completes that particular set and then goes above and beyond in some way?

Forgot to add d3 Clark in Smith as well. Additionally, their best RPI is 105.

Trinity (Texas) in Rupp has won done NT and PI games, but sadly has never won the conference tournament.

Is that SDSU or UCSD?

Every school in Naismith has been in a tournament. There are a handful that have only been to the PIT, however. 

In Crum, only Randolph-Macon (D3) is a virgin school. In 70 seasons, they've been human-coached 34 times...16 different coaches. 

Lebanon Valley (D3) is almost as futile. Their only PIT bid was in season #2.

Just noticed because after taking over piedmont i noticed their lack of any tournament games ... And then started digging into the other teams with a similar lack. Teams with a worse playoff situation than Reigny's bentley teams.

Found it. Would have thought, based on where it was, that someone, at some point, would have picked them up. Pretty good area for recruiting really.

Does anyone know what Reigny's story is?  Maybe an admin account?  I have a hard time believing someone would pay so much money and then play so terribly in all worlds.  Its not just Hoops Dynasty, either.  He is also very active in Hardball Dynasaty, SimLeague Hockey, and Gridiron Dynasty, with nearly 42,000 total games under his belt.  I remember challenging him once in HD to see if anyone was actually home, and I'm pretty sure he accepted.

i have no idea, but have always wondered. some people suggest its a cheating account, just used for FSS, but its been around too long for that. its a lot of money to blow on all those teams, especially with no compensation from reward points. but that is too many teams for game admins to be coaching i would think, unless they are just using that account with simAI or possibly they meant to improve simAI and use that account to test, or something - but you'd think they'd have called that project a failure and moved on, by now. so i figure it has to be an actual person. but if its like, some rich dude, do rich people really have the patience to stick with that so long? does anybody have that kind of patience? i just can't figure it out...
