Just a suggestion, but if you leave a prog specifically because your team is bad and you don't want the "hassle" of rebuilding it, at least send the commish a free team that he can use to attract a new owner.  

In fact, even if you have a better reason than "I hate rebuilding" for leaving a prog, send the commish a free team if you're leaving behind a mess.
