This team is currently 49-33 (.598) in first place in the AL West by 10 games. The new owner would need to play 38 games Live, as the old owner played only 2. I am sure the other owners in the league -- including myself -- would help the new owner reach that goal.

I can take over the team and commit to at least one more season.  I don't want to commit to more until I get a feel for the rules and this team.  Let me know if that is acceptable.  I do play a lot of live games with my live teams.
