I don't have much experience as a D2 coach, but I think you may have a chance depending on the WOTS. If it is "tight" or anything like that, spend your money elsewhere. If it is one of the barely considering them messages you may be able to grab the player, but like I said other folks have real experience with that.

Just a note, Sim AI recruits at costs like every recruit is something like 250 miles away.
