Multiple Ineligibles Topic

Quick (and maybe a dumb) question: if you sign 2 (or more) ineligibles, what are the chances that they both show up?  I vaguely recall reading somewhere that only 1 ineligible will show up in any given year, but am hoping that's just a "forum fact."  Thanks in advance.

I believe it is a forum fact and admin has reportedly denied that it is true

On the other hand, I dont think there are reported cases of two NQ enrolling

On the other hand, I doubt many have tried it

It's possible but happens rarely

Has been attempted by many and with exception Sim ai, it has never occurred per message board reports. I have personally attempted it 3 times and each time only one showed.

I am 80 % on single ineligibles showing up when it's only one. I am 0% (0 for 3) on getting both.

I don't understand that 80% number. I think I've only had two inels show up in my career and I've had several go JUCO.

I recruit ineligibles quite often Tarvolon and I'd say throughout my whole HD career that I'd be pretty close to that 80%. Maybe a bit lower, but not much.

A high number of single Ineligible players do show up .. it could certainly be 80%. I can't remember every getting 2 at the same time though.  I don't attempt it any more and just recruit one, at most.

based on the number of times i've seen or heard ppl try it, just on personal experience, its about 1 in a million you can actually sign 2/2. at 80% to sign, its 64% to sign both, and i've seen about 15-20 (20 at 50% is 1 in a million, so just rounding, maybe its more like 1 in a couple hundred thousand, based on my observations).

but if you extrapolate to all the people who read the forums and have seen a few of the 50 or whatever posts on the subject, i think the odds are far longer than that, that you can actually do 2/2. probably at least one in a million million or more (that would just require roughly half of the example to be unknown to me, i suspect ive only heard of a much smaller % than half, which would make the odds much longer).

someone with tons of spare points lying about should take a random d2 or d 1 team over and cut everyone and try to sign 9 ineligibles to see how many show up...

I bet it'd be one, but who knows....

No idea how rare this is, but on the other side of the spectrum I just went 0/2 with my ineligibles.

I wonder if you could land 2/3? anyone? anyone?
