I did a similar league in NBA and I enjoyed the randomness and team selection process. Hopefully this will draw up some interest in NFL league.

125 QBs over $7 mil
97 RBs over $7 mil
93 WR/TE over $2.5 mil
96 Coaches over 100 regular season games coached

Salary Cap: $70mil

Everyone picks a different Big 3 and head coach. No clones or dupes. You can't use a player that is part of someone else's Big 3. Once we fill the league, I will randomize all Big Three's and coaches. When Big 3 players are assigned, you must choose a season where the salary is higher than the amounts listed above. For example: if Steve Young is my randomized QB than I must use a Steve Young with higher than $7mil salary.

Fill your roster with teammates of any of the Big 3 you receive. Teammates must be from seasons when they played with one of your Big 3.

Pick D/OL/ST from a season and team your random head coach coached.

Just to be clear, you likely won't end up with the big 3 players you select due to randomization? Is the coach strictly for purposes of selecting units?

The head coach is also randomized, so there is no strategy involved in picking a good one.

Or the opposite strategy pick the worst players and they'll get sent to somebody else.
