Qs on rules: Does the whole roster needs to come from the team/year in question? Oline, DEF, K, P, spec teams also? Do we cut players if we're over the 80M cap? What if there is $$ left after using all of the team/year players?
I guess I'm just not sure how this differs from a league where you simply use the SB winning teams in a simulation.

What do we do for backups?

Some teams only have 1 QB, or 3 WR, or 3 RB...........we will never get to the 18 players needed to fill our rosters.

I'm putting together all the teams starting with the 1966 Packers so I'll see how the rosters shake out.

If this league gets off the ground, I'll roll with the 1991 Redskins.

Well it's time consuming...

You should have been able to tell after about 5 or 6 teams whether or not we can fill the teams.

Heck, the very first team(Green Bay) doesnt have enough to fill a team - 2QB - 5 RB - 4 WR - 2 TE - ..............needs 5 guys to fill out roster.

1997 Denver - 1 - 3 - 4 - 3 - .............needs 7 guys to fill out roster.

Was thinking the modern teams would have full rosters because of the way personnel is used.  Were you thinking of using the 1997 Broncos?  What do you think about using players from the Super Bowl loser in order to fill out roster.

Unlimited?????

That might lead to Peyton Manning leading the 2013 Seahawks.

I dont think that would be a good idea.
