What the heck is going on with my schedule? I've been playing HD for the better part of 3 years and never seen this. Is this a normal thing I've missed or what?

it happens sometimes. contact cs and they can fix it, if you catch anyone around now that its a weekend...mark the ticket URGENT...

Unfortunately for OP can't go 36-0 when you're 5-3 either...

you only need it fixed when the glitch sims the 10th and 11th game simultaneously. his doesn't need any fixing...

It's not a glitch.  Someone always plays 11 games every season.  It's just how it works out with scheduling.  
Sometimes however, there is a glitch that the 11 games makes it that you play 2 games in the same cycle.  If that happens, you would probably want CS to fix it, because you can only gameplan for one.
