I would assume that a second baseman gets more "touches" over the course of the season. As this is a statistically based game, is that the only factor here. Assuming health rating and training budget are equal. And all other ratings, as well. Or does the actual position matter, in the fact that a left fielder will be making longer runs for balls as well as longer throws. In my opinion, having more risk for injury
I only say this because in my experience, I've gone through some 1B with health in the 40's and 50's, and they NEVER got injured. I Only have 30 seasons of experience. But I always figured that it was due to the minimal opportunities that require mobility out of a 1B.
