If a D1 guy doesn't drop after 10 SVs, is it generally a good idea to give up on him?

I don't...I send ST in batches in two, sometimes with a HV attached....if he's worth pulling down, he's worth pulling down.

Reezle I pulled one on 31 STS, and it was Worth it. On Tarkanian, I had to pull on 26 and 25 before my all-time high. Sometimes, when he stays undecided, as I learned, it'S because he is getting D1 attention, probably a SIM or a D1 coach who does not want to spend a lot on him. You have to keep at it.
