Beach : It's uncommon but you can find some. But don't forget you hope your SF get to 50 ath, 50 def... and get some core stats to score or pass or play well against the press. So your second SF will be 34 avg... maybe a bit more, which can be low, his defense will also be low. He is a going to be the type of SF I run away from now. I use to like these type of players but they really help less than players with better core stats.

Your first one could be special if he has high-highs on ath, def, and speed. I'd redshirt him.

The first guy will  become a guard.....65+ speed, 70ish BH, 55+ pass with 40+LP.....If your pass and lp are hi/hi he's gonna be great.

2nd guy is not so good....if his per  is one of those ridiculous high high's maybe he'll be a bench scorer but over all he isn't really good at anything....he's not really  a player on  NT type team.
