It seems that stadiums are extremely important in WiS Baseball Simleagues. Can anyone direct me to a thread, or help explain how to go about selecting the proper Ballpark for my teams?

I understand the over/under 1.00 being pitcher or hitter friendly, but I'm uncertain how to determine what kind of ballpark would best fit my teams. Most of the time, I draft fairly balanced and just go Nationals Park (I do fairly well with this), but everytime I try to pick a ballpark that fits my teams strengths (HRs, Doubles...etc), I find I'm not performing well at all. 

please help!!
