Only 2 players on your 12 man roster can have 20PPG or more. No Waiver Wire and No Rookies allowed. 

I'm going to keep this type of theme running for a while. After each season, I'll be changing up the number or players and the PPG total they're allowed to go over. Perhaps even adding some banned players if we're consistently seeing the same seasons over and over again.
