Just came across a disturbing article concerning Darryl Hamilton who was found dead after an apparent murder-suicide in his Houston area home. It looks as if he had been shot multiple times and the mother of their 14 month old child (unharmed according to the article) was found dead from a self inflicted gunshot wound. If I recall correctly, he had the first ever interleague hit. Sad story.

The first MLB game I ever watched was the Twins Vs Brewers. I was such a goofy kid that I was rooting for both teams. We sat in left-center field where I got to see Kirby Puckett, Shane Mack, Robin Yount and Darryl Hamilton. Those were my first four favorite baseball players!
