Anybody have this? I ask because I'm reading about their MyGM mode on the latest generation consoles (PS4/One/PC) and it sounds like something that'd itch the GM scratch I'm trying to reach with HD. Any thoughts?

Haven't played it (XBOX One) but it sounds like fun.

I have it. I only like online stuff tho and the online gm sucks. Park is fun when you don't run into glitchers

MyGM is fun. It is a little too easy though. I've won the title every season (16 straight) and the past 9 seasons we've had 80 wins or more. A couple undefeated regular seasons. I have 7 99 overalls on my team and no one complains about playing time too much. All of this without cheating. As you go on throughout the GM, you'll earn perks. I have perks that will lower chance of injury, speed up the time it takes for a player to reach his potential and lots of other stuff like that. It was a lot of fun at first but now it is just too easy. I am thinking about starting over as the 76ers or someone like that. I'd recommend trying it definitely. If you are unsure, you can rent it and try it out.

Sounds like you're someone that plays all the games; I'd likely sim through most of the game and play the last 2-5 minutes unless I want certain guys to get more minutes. You might like simming games if you don't already, or simming and handling rotations etc. but not playing, give it a way more in-depth HD feel. I'm not sure if that negatively affects player's progression though (I have noticed that you get more out of players by actually playing the games in previous years).

I'm holding out for 2k16 I think. I wish there was more detail on it.

I actually don't play a single game. I like simming the whole season and the playoffs. I haven't tried simming the whole game til the last couple of minutes. I'm not sure if you can do that or not, but I've never tried.
