I need someone 's helps to test a theory on sim recruiting.  There is a sim recruit in Oregon that I need to know what the WOTS says about one recruit.....I don't need to know now, after he signs is fine, I am not looking to do anything deceitful, I am trying to ascertain what % of their budget sims spend on their recruits.....smail me or post here if you are willing to help out.
