No. Whichever school is listed first on the WOTS is leading the battle. Just make sure you have a scholarship offered so he signs.

no but keep in mind that sometimes its worth knocking the sim off anyway... perception is reality, if people see you in a battle, they are going to subtract some amount they figure you spent, sometimes much more than is reasonable. to have a clean list with no battles, its sometimes worth over spending in some cases. generally for easy sim battles, i knock them off. for sim 1st targets i often will not. just depends on the situation.
