Where is franchise center? Topic

Next to my teams in the Home screen there is a small "i" that says whether or not I have reserved my team for the next season or am departing. But I can't find the old "Franchise center" tab where I actually do it. How do I get to that page? I can't find it.

In the HBD "World Office" page.  Upper left hand corner, to the right of your team name.  There's a downward pull down where you can change your team.  That also has the link to "World Center" and "Franchise Center".
