Obviously Paulin is by far your best Guard or SF, but because of passing I would not want anyone besides Paulin and Barnes at PG. And Barnes (IMHO) is not good enough to start. So that locks down the top 2 spots at PG. Hanrahan is a bit slow to start at SG and his Rebounding is too low to start at SF. I would use him as a backup in both of those. That leaves Bonilla as the starting SG. I don't like Whittemore's passing at SF, but he is realistically the only one to start if you don't want to use either Hanrahan or Bonilla at SF (and I don't). Whittemore can also not really backup at Guard because of his passing. I agree completely with Romanoski at PF and Dyson at C. So I think i would do:
PG: Paulin, Barnes, Hanrahan, Moscato
SG: Bonilla, Hanrahan, Barnes, Moscato
SF: Whitemore, Hanrahan, Fischer, Barnes
PF: Romanoski, Sirianni
C: Dyson, Sirianni
And I would try to get a couple of good Bigs in recruiting.
You could also try:
PG: Paulin, Barnes, <open>, Moscato
SG: Bonilla, Barnes, Moscato, <open>
SF: Hanrahan, Fischer, <open>, Barnes
PF: Whittemore, Dyson, <open>, Sirianni
C: Romanoski, Dyson, Sirianni, <open>
