1. Anybody needs to be out of D1 to start the competition. Unless that person wants to leave its job and claim a D- team.

2. You need to be able to apply to low end D1 jobs. D- PRESTIGE.

3. You can only grab teams that are D+ and less in base prestige.

4. Once it is started, you need to make the NT or TWO PITS on your bad team before you can be aloud to move up.

5. The winner is the first one going to the FINAL FOUR.

No one is going to go to the final four with a D+ baseline, I think maybe 1 person has done it since I've been here and it caused a huge freakout on the forums.

They can move up as soon as their D+ team has reached the NT or two PITS. It's a race to get to the final four, evidently, they will have to move to the big six or to a power conference of mid-majors to do it. I am just doing it to show it takes over 20 seasons.
