For some reason I can't see the WOTS for anybody in Alabama. This is both on my PC and phone. No issues with other states. Anyone else having this problem? (And yes, I scouted AL.)

They don't come out until after the 2pm cycle?

Ahh...just checked again after a couple cycles had passed and no issues now. That was weird.
