i know the email message codes on the blue categories. is there a specific email to look for that tells you he is high/high for the black categories? nothing more frustrating than a recruit turning red almost immediately.
you are asking if there is a high/medium and a low/medium? nope. they said the wording would be too hard to get down. the original plan was to have a low, middle, and high for each of the 3 potential categories (red black and blue), but then it was too hard to distinguish. its almost pointless to have a low/low and a high/low, i wish they would just make the low low message for low and the high low message for low medium, then push the medium message to high medium. it would be far more useful, and seems like a pretty straight forward change - so i think we can safely assume it will never happen.
