Off-Def IQ and practice Topic

Is the there a point of diminishing returns for over an amount of practice time set for offense and defense similar to the 20 mins for each player's attributes? I know someone did a study on it once but I could not find it in the search----

25 mins is what I've seen and remember.  (caveat that it really starts at 15 mins or whatever, but takes a big hit at 25).
