Divisions are randomly realigned each season, so you don't have to worry about getting stuck behind a juggernaut and playing for second every year.

New owner can move to any vacant city. Otherwise owners are limited to one move over the duration of the league.

If/when we catch up to real life, we will change directions and head back toward 1885.
