do these guys usually sign? Generally do they ask for more money first? Thanks

  1. They sign more often than not.
  2. When they do sign, they ask for more money more often than not.
  3. All outcomes are possible and occur with a non-trivial frequency.
  4. If the player does not sign, using the email you get from the player deciding not to sign, return to the player negotiation page and offer the same amount again; he may sign on the second effort. The email will be the only way to access the player's negotiations page; don't delete it.

Now you have to wait on the player to get back to you. Could take a week or more real time. Again, all outcomes possible.
