Hi everyone,
Thanks for checking out my pre-seasons predictions posting.
I am doing this just for fun and really hope that I don't get anyone upset. I have compiled a mathematical formula to help me determine the relative strength of all the teams.
Based on that information, I have determined who I think will win each division, plus the two wild cards and who I think will be the eventual World Series Finalists and winner.
Unfortunately my team doesn't appear anywhere in the winners that I will list. I will still try though because we all know that just because you are the best on paper doesn't mean anything if you can't do it on the field.
So based on that, hear are my rankings:
Divisions: 1) NL South 2) AL East 3) NL East 4) NL North 5) AL North 6) AL West 7) AL South 8) NL West
Here's my predictions for winners:
NL
South - Santa Fe, East - Philadelphia, North - Cincinnati, West - Wichita
Wild Cards - Kansas City, Richmond
Finalist - Santa Fe
AL
South - Memphis, East - Syracuse, North - Scranton, West - Helena
Wild cards - Boston, Charlotte
Finalist - Scranton
Predicted World Series Winner - Santa Fe
No haters please. Just having fun. If you want to know, my mathematical formula shows my team coming in anywhere from 18th overall to 23rd. Sucks.
