Four increasing bumps to recruiting:
1) Recruiting players that are in state to your college.
2) Recruiting kids from same state as kids already on roster.(country for internationals)
3) Larger bump for kids from same city/state as kids already on roster (City and country for internationals)
4) EVEN LARGER BUMP for kids same high school, city, and state as kids already on your roster.( school, city country for internationals).

selbe, come on and help improve recruiting soon! Money contest with the big boys buying any player they want and during all cycles! Take away an elites advantage if they start recruiting last couple cycles before signings! Getting tired of losing out in a money grab at mid majors D1. Elites should have to recruit early just like the rest of us and not bounce guys who have worked hard and shed the Sim's out of the way fron cycle number one.
