in recruiting a guy from certain high schools or states in which a coach has got a player from before?
Example
say i've signed 6 guys in my history from Washington DC
how about having an inside track to a player from a certain high school or state

That sounds like a good idea.

Sounds cool. I also want there to be a thing that if you go watch a kid play, you can discover a teammate or opponent. That does happen in real life.

I remember proposing this idea years ago under my old account and it got 0 traction. But I love any ideas that make the game more realistic and this would be one of them. It'd be a nice new wrinkle to recruiting that would give regional schools a better chance to compete if they attempt to "own" a state

I have suggested several variations on this too! selbe, throw some of us a bone, and put in some of our suggestions too!

I've wanted this a long time ago. Or when you scout two players from the same school (which I've done a few times) why does it cost the same for both players? There are many examples of players getting a scholarship when the scouts were watching the game to see someone else play

These ideas are fine - but once more, none of them require wholesale changes to the entire recruiting process in order to be added to the game.
