What ever happened to boosters in recruiting, I remmember having it when I played In like 2010, it seemed like a fun thing to do, and made the game more realistic.

They took them out a while back.

I was too new to the game to experiment with them, but were they a legitimate strategy in D1? Could you tell a players likelihood to accept a gift based on some text in calls/letters?

Is it true that a glitch existed where a D1 teams prestige could drop so low through violations that they would shop up as an A+ prestige, meaning they were a D2 caliber A+?

I think the risk/reward was so bad that they hardly ever got used so they removed them.

I actually think it might be worse - that the risk / reward was so bad that too many coaches did use them, got caught, had it ruin their seasons/careers, *******/threw a fit/quit the game in disgust - so they took it out...but maybe that was just because EVERY ******* TIME I USED THEM I GOT CAUGHT!
