I really can't figure it out.

fastbreak will cause the most turnovers of any offense.as well as it looks light he is a major focal point of your offense as well as playing point guard so he is just handling the ball an incredible amount.

statistically it's not that bad he's average .12 to/min which is high but not extremely bad considering the offensive structure and load heis carrying. he's taking 28% of your FGA which is pretty high also leading to the high to.

as well as his highest to games are against big 6 schools which you really should never play as a non major. he had 6 and 5 against g-town and indiana. as well as a few high to games running a fastbreak into a press defense which causes a lot of turnovers.

thats really nothing to worry about there the only way to lower it would be to lower his distrobution but he's a very effective scorer wih 6.8 pts/to

His usage is really high but his turnover% really isn't. It's actually lower than almost all of the guys on your team.

The center has a lower turnover percentage than he does. To me though based on his ratings he should almost never turn the ball over. If 99 passing and 100 ball-handling gets you that many turnovers then it's a useless rating.

Well, he is handling the ball almost all the time as PG and scoring 21 points a game. Is he playing fatigued? {is he set to Fairly Fresh or something else}

Pismon like Hughes says, guards are handling the ball more so they will turn it over more than big men.
