My Allen team Eureka just went from a conference with 2 coaches to full. Nine apparent newbies and one who came back from DI. Is this unprecedented? Ten new coaches in 4 days!!! Its certainly not because of how great a league we are. I don't get it!!! Not upset, because who wouldn't rather have a league of a ton of real coaches? Just majorly confounded by this.

maybe the D1 coach recruited a bunch of friends who are on a college basketball high since Allen opened right after the Villanova-UNC game

with organized effort you can fill up a conference overnight. just have to have a lot of friends wanting to try it out or plan ahead and recruit coaches through sitemail

There are only 120 sims in D-3 Allen right now. It will probably drastically drop following the season, but it is nice to see 260+ coaches in a World right now. No other league has filled up like that up to this point, but maybe a few will.

Right, we filled up in CUNY in Allen as well. I'll try to help anyone with issues and be nice .. hopefully we can keep some.

try to embrace the newbs and get them to engage on the CC - the pace alone can chase away some potential players, but an active CC can help alleviate the boredom and give coaches some reason to check back on the site frequently...

the auto post on the CC from when Allen rolled says 292 DIII jobs available. When I look on my reserve a team for next season in Allen it says I qualify for 120 DIII jobs, so I'd guess about 172

I dropped down from D1 into this conference and I didn't recruit anyone. I was as surprised as anyone to find a full conference! Hoping we can keep some of these folks around

Fox sports sent a link to everyone who participated in on of their brackets so probably (millions) for a free HD season, maybe some will stick but this is most likely people just playing for free and not sticking around.
