Where do I look to see what kind of bonuses IFA's are getting? When I click on their contract, all it shows is their salary and type of deal - minor league, minor league/STI, major league. Where do I find the bonus info?

The bonus is the offer you make/they are requesting. Their salary will be commensurate with the level they play at.

Use the world dropdown menus - World > News > International Signings. You'll see the signing bonuses for every player.

Click Contract on their profile and then change the dropdown type from 'Season' to 'Contract'. You will then see the bonus amount.
