How likely are you to get a job if you are a longshot? My family (5 of us) are looking to go D1. The conference we want, some of us are longshots for some jobs... didn't know the chances on that.

jacmc, unless they've changed the logic, I'd guess it's less than 5 or even less than 1 percent. It's very low, and multiples winning that dice roll would produce compounded chances. Still, those not accepted this year could get in next season or later, as those other teams aren't that likely to fill up in what I assume is low D1. Good luck with the family conference. Cool idea.
