Does your recruiting budget get penalized when you change jobs?
I moved to Ohio State and just completed my first season and my recruiting budget is only $14,000 for 3 openings.
I can't find anything on it in the help section.
Thank you for any insight you may be able to provide.

That would be correct - It is $5,000 plus $3000 per opening, which in your case with 3 openings would be $9,000, so $14,000 is correct.
