Has anyone in 3.0 seen a nonqualfier not accept your offer but then consider them the next season? It used to be that a chunk - variously estimated as 25-50% - of effort carried over. Does it still?

Would one need to discover that player or since you devoted effort is he automatically discovered?

Both my non-AQs have shown up and LSU in my conf signed 2 last season, so maybe they got rid of it?

all nonqualifiers are enrolling really?

and what about nonqualifiers who never even accept a schollie somewhere - who go unsigned in recruiting although some effort is spent on them?

in 2.0 if you devoted some effort to those kinds of guys, it carried forward
