anyone have any experience accidentally promising a recruit a start only to fail to realize it's not a preference and has no value and he would technically not be a great starter on your team?

can you withdraw that start prior to the processing windows without any issues - or will that hurt the recruit's want to sign with you?

Well it does have value regardless of preference.

but yes you can remove any actions before they process without any negative impact.

I promised a guy minutes, then withdrew the promise. Now that he's on campus he's still expecting the promise.

Did he sign on the same cycle as the withdrawal would have processed?

I have promised minutes and withdrawn them before the processing cycle... (I did it by accident). No affect to my recruit. I already had more minutes promised and hit the minimum by accident.
